
My name is Chad Johnson. I was born and raised in Tennessee and have called it home my entire life. Growing up surrounded by farmland, it was impossible not to let that way of life shape who I am. I come from a multigenerational line of career bakers and cooks, where time, patience, and honest ingredients were always at the heart of the kitchen. Today, I carry that tradition forward by doing what I love most, developing new recipes and exploring thoughtful flavor combinations, all while staying true to the roots that raised me.

Migrating from Northern Ireland, they planted their roots and seeds in the land, some 400 acres of rolling hills and fertile soil, living off its bounty and learning to respect the rhythms of the seasons. For generations, our family has carried forward that same love for the land, taking its natural gifts and folding them into our daily lives. Today, that tradition continues in every product we bake, connecting the heritage of our past with the flavors of Tennessee Sourdough.
